Born in New York City, Ann Leheny grew up in the Connecticut countryside, just over the border from Millbrook. She spent weekends in the Hudson Valley for many years before becoming a full-time resident.
Ann is a former board member of the New York chapter and past president of the New England chapter of the International Furnishings & Design Association (IFDA). After college, she spent a year researching and developing an antique wall covering collection developed from the archives of well known museums such as the Cooper Hewitt. She later attended the New York School of Interior Design and has lectured there and at the Fashion Institute of Technology.
A former product and design executive in the home furnishings industry, she has given product presentations throughout the U.S., Europe, and Asia. With her extensive knowledge and experience in the world of interior design and home furnishings, Ann is in a unique position to assess clients' specific real estate needs and match them to the perfect property.
