Maryrose Giardina is an Associate Broker who has been a licensed real estate professional with H.W. Guernsey since 1981. A proven specialist in selling and marketing properties in rural Dutchess and Columbia counties, her goal is a satisfied buyer and seller at the conclusion of every transaction. Through her ardent support of such local institutions as the Dutchess Land Conservancy, the Institute for Ecosystem Studies, Dutchess Day School and the Millbrook School, Maryrose has demonstrated a long-term commitment to the community and a high degree of concern for the preservation of the rural character of this beautiful area. Educated at Mount Saint Dominic Academy and Georgetown University, Maryrose continues her affiliation with Georgetown University by conducting alumni interviews with local applicants. Prior to her career in real estate, Maryrose held sales positions with United Airlines, Pan American World Airways and Intercontinental Hotels.
