Over 30 years ago, Pat and her husband Armand purchased and restored an 18th century farmhouse in Dutchess County. Living full-time in New York City, they spent weekends and summers in Clinton Corners and often explored property and homes throughout Dutchess and Columbia Counties. With an educational background in interior design and an extensive knowledge of the area, Pat was frequently consulted by friends and family for advice on buying property and homes. In 2000, their two children off to college, they made Clinton Corners their permanent residence and Pat began to turn her interest in real estate into a career by joining H.W. Guernsey.
